Hair & Stuff 216 100% Virgin Human Hair bundles come from an individual; this may cause these variations due to different people have different hair. Hair & Stuff 216 work to make sure the texture and color of your bundles match to ensure consistency in able to meet your needs. Our hair color ranges from #1B to #2.

Hair & Stuff 216 will contact you if the product you order is unavailable to discuss other options such as substitution. If you decline the substitution we will cancel your order and issue a refund in your form of payment. All orders shipped via local delivery, USPS, UPS, or FedEx to your billing address along with a tracking number sent to your email address. Please use this tracking number to track your package. Please make sure your billing/shipping address is correct to avoid any delays. If your package is returned due to incorrect address information you will be responsible for the charges to re-ship your package.

All Sales Are Final with anything you buy from our website. If the products ordered are different from the one that is delivered (in size, texture, color etc.), please email us immediately at with photo evidence to confirm we have actually sent the wrong product. If a product delivered is not as described per the website on the order confirmation page, or damaged in transit during delivery, the customer should keep the product as it is with the original packaging so we can inspect it and a full refund or exchange will be made. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging unused, unworn, and new with every label intact.
You may exchange the item for something the same item, subject to stock availability (excluding any delivery charges). An invoice will be sent to collect the delivery charges for the exchanged item.
When exchanging goods, please include the invoice/order number, your full name and the reason for the exchange.
Please send the items in the original packaging and secure to avoid damage in transit back to Hair & Stuff 216. Please note we cannot accept an item for a refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office
