Refund policy

We at Hair & Stuff 216 want everyone to be satisfied with their purchase.  We perform a quality inspection on each and every product prior to shipping out your items to ensure you receive our best products and hair.  ​

All Sales Are Final with anything we have shipped or delivered from our website. Once the item(s) leave the store, returns or exchanges are not allowed.  If the products ordered are different from the one that is delivered (in size, texture, color etc.), please call us at 440-345-5595 or email us immediately at hairandstuff216@gmail.comhairandstuff216@gmail.com with photo evidence to confirm we have actually sent the wrong product. If a product delivered is not as described per the website on the order confirmation page, or damaged in transit during delivery, the customer should keep the product as it is with the original packaging so we can inspect it and a full refund (if a replacement is not available) or exchange will be made. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging unused, unworn, and new with every label intact.  


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty and hair products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Hair & Stuff 216 LLC does not except exchanges in store or online.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically send the correct or non defective item along with the shipping confirmation within 5-7 business days in receipt of the received return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restock/Local Pick Up 

Orders not picked up within 72 hours will be refunded minus the 15% restocking fee.
