If an item is out of stock on the website contact Hair & Stuff 216 at 440-345-5595 to place your order. Once the item address is confirmed and the order is shipped Hair & Stuff is no longer responsible for your items. If you have any issues with shipping you will need to contact the carrier per the tracking information provided by Hair & Stuff 216. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items after they leave the store and shipped. You can can request additional insurance at your cost to cover your package prior to the package being shipped out. Hair & Stuff 216 will send you the items we have in stock. If an item is out of stock we will refund the item out of stock and ship the rest of the order.
