Shipping policy

All orders shipped via local delivery, USPS, UPS, or per your request noted on your order to your billing address (or shipping address once confirmed) along with a tracking number sent to your email address.  Please use this tracking number to track your package.  Please make sure your billing/shipping address is correct to avoid any delays.  If your package is returned due to incorrect address information you will be responsible for the charges to re-ship your package.  If your package has not arrived per your tracking confirmation please reach out to the shipping company per the tracking confirmation sent to your email.  Any issues with shipping must be addressed with the shipping company.  Once your package leaves our store and is received by the shipping company you are required to address any shipping issues or refunds with the shipping company.
